omg I remembered when I watch what they did in NY before. At that time I was shocked as I also thought NY people are open-minded. But then I realized this is a common mistake made by city people. We all just care about moving forward and nothing should concern you unless it is about yourself. Guess this is why the Texans actually stood up. But I'm still very surprised that they did. And yes I cried when that man gave them that letter. What a man.

看完影片我的反應也和樓上一樣,以為紐約的開放和多元風氣會有更多人挺身而出,結果竟然與我的期待相反。於是影片又提醒我一件事:刻板印象還是少點好。還有,就算一個人再怎麼open-minded,若沒有行動,世界還是不會改變。我也哭了,就在她們把信念完的那一刻。
這的確是引人熱淚的影片.留在YouTube的評論,很多人提到台灣人的反應會是先用手機存影,事後再公佈網站,但傷害已經發生,很難及時修補.其中一個原因,是大家怕現場會很難看.
片中前二位男子一開始的反應都是堅定但態度溫和,這很值得學習.因為我們有時挺身而出,會參入情緒,讓對方因為受到情緒刺激反彈,反而把問題失焦,變成互相開罵.
對的事情,就要好好地講,讓對方聽進去而且接受,才是正確的方式.我們現在太常用抗爭的方式,雙方根本不能對話,對方不願聽,就達不到溝通的效果.

我覺得如果是男同志的話,可能跳出來講話的人會少一大半。因為很多人會覺得男的跟男的接吻很噁心,迴避都來不及了,怎麼可能幫忙講話?不過我相信應該還是會有比較正直的人,會跳出來打抱不平,只是機率較低。
